The slower the tassel, the thicker the boundary layer, and the greater the difference between the temperature of the medium at that location and the mainstream temperature, which can cause overheating of the pipe wall, accelerate the deterioration of the heat transfer oil, and lead to failure. The main measures are to ensure the flow rate of the circulating oil pump and the necessary flow rate of the heat transfer oil in the hot oil furnace. During the operation of the hot oil furnace, the circulating oil pump is not allowed to stop, and the pump should be regularly maintained.
Operation: 1. The user unit shall formulate operation procedures in accordance with the requirements of the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Organic Heat Carrier Furnaces" and strictly implement them. Operators must be trained and certified before taking up their posts.
2. Ensure good sealing performance of flange connection. To ensure the tightness of flange connection, groove flange or flat welded rigid flange should be used, and the nominal pressure should not be less than 1.6MPa If the temperature of the organic heat carrier exceeds 300 ° C, a flange with a higher nominal pressure should be used. All sealing fillers for non welded components are not allowed to use asbestos products. It is recommended to use metal mesh wrapped graphite gaskets or expanded graphite composite gaskets.
3. During the start-up of the organic heat carrier furnace, the exhaust valve should be repeatedly opened to clear the air, water, and steam mixed with the organic heat carrier in the furnace.
4. Regular inspection of organic heat carrier furnaces should be carried out according to regulations, and any problems found during inspection should be promptly addressed.
