The main measures are to ensure the flow rate of the circulating oil pump and the necessary flow rate of the heat transfer oil in the hot oil furnace. During the operation of the hot oil furnace, the circulating oil pump is not allowed to stop, and the pump should be regularly maintained.
Operation: 1. The user unit shall formulate operation procedures in accordance with the requirements of the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Organic Heat Carrier Furnaces" and strictly implement them. Operators must be trained and certified before taking up their posts.
2. Ensure good sealing performance of flange connection.
